Last night we've watch the news about a woman trying to sue her friend for saving her. She said that if her friend just let her stay where she's at she could have been in a better state. She became paralyzed after the accident. Her friend, which is her co-worker said that she attempted to help her out of the car after the crash because she don't want to leave her inside in cases the car will be caught on fire. Now they are trying to sue her for being a good Samaritan. I just thought that where is her gratitude? Can this Good Samaritan Act protect the victim and the rescuer? Should we think of the law before helping others? I just thought that it is an instinct of an individual to help when they see somebody need one. Now we have to think twice first before trying to help people in danger, we might get sued as well.

i hope the helper can be protected by the law and had found a good lawyer to defend her.
